Upscale wings-focused bar opening in former Alchemy space in Park Slope. Co-owned by trio behind Moot Bar and Uncle Barry’s Bar. 1,200 sq ft space with backyard seating. Menu includes hot and savory wings, appetizers, and sandwiches.

Malvan

Michelin-starred chef Eric McCarthy is opening Malvan, a restaurant serving Malvani coastal Indian cuisine in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The restaurant is named after a coastal town near Goa and will feature a rustic beach vibe with dishes like marinated leg of goat wrapped in banana leaves.

Unnamed Restaurant by La Petite Grocery Owners

La Petite Grocery owners Justin and Mia Devillier purchased the former Upperline restaurant space and are opening a new restaurant concept. The restaurant is currently in construction phase and doesn’t have a name yet. The Devilliers stated they’re not simply reopening Upperline but starting something new.

Nammii

Vietnamese restaurant co-owned by Tam Nguyen and Bao Chau Huynh serving Hong Kong-style and Vietnamese cuisine including dim sum and Vietnamese noodle soups. 1,700 square-foot space formerly occupied by China Taste. Fourth restaurant for the owners who operate three other Vietnamese restaurants in Baton Rouge.

Gravy

New lunch spot from Pamplona Tapas Bar owners taking over former Pat’s Downtown space. Menu will include meatball stew, sticky chicken, burgers, bowls, wraps and sandwiches. Also planning to add a cocktail lounge.

Joanie’s Coffee-Wine Bar

Joanie’s is expanding into an adjacent space on Murfreesboro’s downtown square, opening a coffee-wine bar concept that will double their footprint. The new space will feature lounge seating, coffee and bar counter, and a dining room for overflow seating and private events.

Station Pizzeria

Minnesota-based family-owned pizzeria expanding to second location in Brentwood. 4,000-square-foot space with two patios and stage for live music. Menu features made-from-scratch tavern-style pizzas, smoked wings, salads and pastas. Full-service restaurant with takeout and carryout options.

Upstairs at Audrey

New 40-seat lounge and bar area opening above existing Audrey restaurant, serving $5 beverage menu with cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic options

The Grilled Cheeserie

The Grilled Cheeserie is returning to East Nashville with a new location at Hunters Station. The team announced plans to open in 2026 and is building slowly and intentionally.

LUBU Kitchen

Vietnamese restaurant offering pho, banh mi, Vietnamese coffee and cocktails. Will seat about 90 people inside and 20 outside. Construction ongoing with homestyle design featuring earthy tones and greenery.
