Moara Açaí & Café

New açaí shop and café filing food establishment permit to open in downtown Framingham. Will focus on açaí bowls with fresh fruit, granola, nut butters, and seeds, plus café offerings like coffee, smoothies, and light bites.

Casa Tua Cucina

Miami-born Italian culinary marketplace with open-kitchen format coming to Copley Place as part of major redevelopment. Known for dishes with global influences based on Italian cuisine traditions.

Tiki Cove

Tiki Cove is a new dining and drinking destination being opened by Ting Management Group in the former Loyal Nine space. The 2,418-square-foot venue will feature a 19-seat bar and seasonal outdoor patio. Expected to offer fusion of Chinese flavors with island-themed cocktails. Still in early development stages.

Acclaimed Greek seafood restaurant founded by Greek-born restauranteur Costas Spiliadis, known for refined yet approachable Greek dining with finest ingredients and freshest seafood from Greece and the Mediterranean. Part of Copley Place redevelopment taking over former Neiman Marcus space.

Wonder Food Hall

Wonder Food Hall opening 9 locations across Massachusetts in 2026. Dynamic food hall concept offering mix-and-match chef-inspired meals from different restaurants, available for dine-in, pickup, and delivery. Features menus from famous chefs like Bobby Flay and renowned restaurants like Di Fara Pizza.

Sam Walker’s American Tavern

Sam Walker’s American Tavern is coming to Bedford this summer, taking over the former Bamboo location. The restaurant is owned by Maverick Hospitality and will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with American tavern fare. Construction needs to be completed first, with opening expected 5-6 months after construction starts.
