Little Bird

Little Bird is a new restaurant by James Beard-nominated Chef Bill Briand, featuring sustainably-sourced seafood and local produce. The menu includes raw bar offerings, seafood Southern soul food, and a separate lunch menu with casual items. The interior design reflects a maternal spirit of warmth and care, inspired by Briand’s mother.

The Chop House

The Chop House serves steak, seafood, and sandwiches. This will be the chain’s first location in Alabama.

Brick and Tin

Brick and Tin will be a new restaurant located in the historic Lewter Hardware Company building, part of the Lewter District townhomes development. The restaurant is expected to open in February 2026.

Located in the former Wendy’s, menu features Southern classics like fried chicken, quesadillas, wraps, bowls, salads, and mac and cheese.
