This Privacy Policy explains how FLHIP (“FLHIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FLHIP website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide. When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, username, phone number, and the zones you subscribe to. If you contact us, we collect the information in your message.

Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card or bank account numbers. PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we receive only limited confirmation and subscription information needed to manage your account.

Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the dates and times of access, through server logs and analytics tools.

Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to operate the site, keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to your subscribed zones;
• To process subscriptions, billing, and renewals through PayPal;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and service updates;

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our payment processor PayPal, hosting, email, and analytics providers), under obligations to protect it;

Lead Data

The business lead information provided through the Service is compiled from public and third-party sources and concerns businesses and their openings. It is delivered to subscribers under the license and restrictions in our Terms of Service and is separate from the personal account information described in this Policy.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may review and update your account information from the My Account page, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us, and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
