Sacramento-based personal chef Kacey Sanders is opening a drive-thru eatery in the former VolksWaffle space. Menu will include sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta bowls, chili, clam chowder, grilled cheese, meatball subs, and mac and cheese.

Fusion restaurant specializing in Indian and Nepalese cuisine owned by Kamal Kandel, who also operates Yarsa Nepalese & Indian Cuisine. Menu will feature traditional dishes like curries, tandoori items, momos, and fusion creations. Space will accommodate indoor dining with full-service liquor license.

Third location of 100% halal Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurant opening in The Raley’s Center. Will feature gyros, kabobs, shawarmas, falafel, and introduce new dessert menu including Mediterranean-style baklava ice cream. Roughly 1,500-square-foot location.
