New Chick-fil-A location opening in Bristol, CT, locally owned and operated by Drew Hutton. Will create approximately 100 jobs and offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery, and catering services.

Colony Grill chain planning to convert former Coldwater Creek retail space in Somerset Square. Known for thin-crust bar-style pizza with hot oil topping. Plans include new rear entry and outdoor dining. Architectural review approved, now with planning and zoning.
