Air travel-themed cocktail bar and small plates concept from chef Jay Ruff, who also owns Lincoln & Wicker in Schererville. Fast-casual Seattle-style Asian fusion franchise opening its first Louisville-area location in Clarksville, Indiana. Will offer teriyaki bowls, stir-fry veggies, and customizable Asian fusion dishes. Bass Group Commercial is the broker for the chain in Southern Indiana and Kentucky. Opening expected fall 2026.
