Post 1917 steakhouse is expanding into adjacent space at 144 Haven Street, adding two new rooms for private events and overflow dining. One will be a boardroom-style space for 25-30 guests, the other a larger multi-use event room.
Saigonesee
Vietnamese-inspired coffeehouse specializing in Fine Robusta coffee from Vietnam’s central highlands. Menu will include bánh mì sandwiches, spring rolls, bagels, and breakfast/lunch items with gluten-free and vegan options. Located in The Point apartment complex next to commuter rail station.
The Biltmore Tavern
Historic 1920s building being transformed into neighborhood tavern by Blue on Highland owners. Menu will feature elevated comfort food including burgers and steak tips. Features exposed original flooring, Edison bulbs, open kitchen, heated covered patio, and basement bowling alley. Seats about 96 guests.
The Sweetish Fish
Swedish candy shop opening first permanent brick-and-mortar location at The Street at Chestnut Hill. 510-square-foot space will offer rotating ‘Catch of the Day’ menu with 18 international candy choices daily, served restaurant-style.
HeyTea
Global tea house chain preparing to open new location in Malden. Space will span 1,500 square feet with seating for 12 guests. Signage is in progress. Known for cheese tea and modern tea beverages.

Oregon-based artisan ice creamery opening its first Boston location at Commonwealth Pier, featuring ice cream tacos and unusual flavors like salty donut guava and cheese
LPM Restaurant & Bar
French Riviera-inspired Mediterranean restaurant opening at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street. Will be LPM’s third U.S. location and first in Northeast. Taking over former One + One breakfast concept space.
Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A opening inside South Station between CVS Pharmacy and McDonald’s on the first level. Company plans to open 12-15 more Massachusetts locations through end of 2027.
