Sam Walker’s American Tavern
Sam Walker’s American Tavern is coming to Bedford this summer, taking over the former Bamboo location. The restaurant is owned by Maverick Hospitality and will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with American tavern fare. Construction needs to be completed first, with opening expected 5-6 months after construction starts.

Financial District location expected to soft-launch as early as next week, with Back Bay location following about a month later. Indian pop-up and delivery concept filing to open a fast-casual brick-and-mortar restaurant. 1,800 square feet with front takeout counter but no on-site seating. Features Indian street food including tofu korma, butter chicken, and daal tadka.
