Sea Salt at Minnehaha Falls Park is opening an adjacent sandwich shop. The shop comes from co-owner Bill Blood and will offer a selection of sandwiches.

Another Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is opening soon in Minnesota. This new 7,800-square-foot restaurant will offer outdoor seating, a full bar, and a private dining area.

Opening spring 2024 Lynette, an homage to Lyn65, will open in spring 2024 at the former Riverview space in Richfield.

Opening early fall Lindsay Pohlad plans to open a new restaurant next to her existing spot The Grocer’s Table in downtown Wayzata. The new restaurant, called Eloise, will be the darker, intimate, moodier version of The Grocer’s Table and is expected to open in early fall.

Opening Late August or early September La Madre is a new bar and restaurant specializing in Mexican street food. It is owned by Abe Ponce Delgadillo from La Tapatia in Roseville. La Madre is expected to open in late August or early September.
