Double Dragon Team New Bar
New bar from Double Dragon team taking over former Richmond Bar space. Owner Daniel Casto purchased the space in November 2025. Bar will feature refined cocktails with interpretations of classic drinks. Name not yet announced.
Inssa Korean Gastropub
Los Angeles-based Korean gastropub expanding to Portland. Serves traditional Korean food like seafood tteok-bokki and fusion concepts like bulgogi carbonara pasta. Owner is a designer who will incorporate Portland tribute elements with signature neon aesthetic.

New bar and lounge from Pretty Good Group serving blue-collar French food including croque madames, steak frites, and French dip. 4,400 square-foot space with front dining area and back hangout space with pool, pinball and weekend DJs. Most dishes under $20.
Artisan Bakery Cafe
Second location of Artisan Bakery Cafe opening in former Wayback Burgers space. Currently in demolition phase. Will offer European-style pastries and seasonal goods with more seating than original location.
Oscar Food & Wine
Natural wine restaurant opening in Southeast Portland near Ladd’s Addition. Intimate space with 20 seats inside and 4 outside, operating hours 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Located in building that also houses a Plaid Pantry, formerly occupied by Kashiwagi sushi restaurant.
Nite Creamery
California-based ice creamery opening second Phoenix-area location. Creates ice cream to order using liquid nitrogen flash freezing. First franchise location operated by Nick Cantor and Flavio Salazar III.
The Henry
The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, will open its third Valley location and first in North Scottsdale. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant will feature all-day dining, interior courtyard, walk-up coffee bar, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with weekday happy hour and weekend brunch.
Santo Agave
Elevated Mexican cuisine restaurant with modern twist on traditional dishes, featuring tequila tastings, coal-fired cooking, and upscale atmosphere inspired by Mexico City and Riviera Maya. Located at Park West shopping center.
Clare House Social
A vintage home in Gilbert’s Heritage District transforming into a gathering place with outdoor bar, food, and games. Owner is merging cottage and Prep & Pastry spot next door, adding 1,400 square feet with pergola, TVs, and greenery.
Paris Baguette
French-inspired bakery and cafe opening at North Valley Power Center. Franchisees Sam Yoon and Thomas Park are expanding the brand throughout Greater Phoenix area with plans for at least 10 locations. Signage is up but no opening date announced.
