Chick-fil-A opening inside South Station between CVS Pharmacy and McDonald’s on the first level. Company plans to open 12-15 more Massachusetts locations through end of 2027.

Italian-inspired cuisine restaurant expanding from downtown Cincinnati to suburban location at Kenwood Towne Center

Din Tai Fung

Arizona’s first Din Tai Fung location opening at Scottsdale Fashion Square with soft opening March 12 and grand opening April 20. 10,000-square-foot space with seating for 340 customers. Known for handmade dumplings and xiao long bao. Second Valley location planned for Chandler in 2027.

Cochinita & Co.

Second location of modern Mexican taqueria by James Beard-recognized chef Victoria Elizondo, opening in former A 2nd Cup space in Lindale Park. Will serve breakfast and lunch daily, with evening dinner series called Corimar launching later.

Qdoba

Fast-casual Mexican eatery coming to The Landing development. Menu includes burritos, burrito bowls and quesadillas.

Shake Shack

First Shake Shack location in Georgia with a drive-thru. Opening day will feature UGA mascot Hairy Dawg and donation of $1 from every sandwich sold to Foodbank of Northeast Georgia. This will be the tenth Shake Shack location across Georgia.

Peter Chang Annapolis

James Beard Award-finalist Chinese restaurant taking reservations and waiting for final city inspections before opening. Known for authentic Chinese menu including ginger scallion double lobster and signature whole Peking duck.

Burger restaurant with signage being installed, windows still covered indicating construction/buildout phase

Petal and Potion

New tea and espresso shop bringing organic vibes to Toms River. Currently doing soft opens on weekends leading up to grand opening.
