Fish-forward restaurant in East Williamsburg attached to Amant arts center, with chef Ned Baldwin who also runs Houseman. Features site-specific aquarium by artist Pierre Huyghe and Tuesday visiting chef program.

First Chipotle location in Malta, featuring drive-thru lane, open daily 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., currently hiring for 30 positions
Bow & Arrow BBQ
Second location of Bow & Arrow BBQ opening in former Vintage restaurant building. South Texas-smokehouse style restaurant with $1.9 million capital investment. Will feature smoked meats, enchiladas, Tex-Mex sides, plus new concepts including cabana bar and marketplace with grab-and-go items. Expected to create 44+ new jobs.
Parlor Doughnuts
Gourmet doughnut shop opening on Henderson Avenue in Dallas, featuring cronut-style laminated doughnuts, coffee, and breakfast/lunch items. Will be their first location in Dallas proper.

McDonald’s planning to open in historic Capitol Hill building, formerly a Rite Aid. Permit application filed with Seattle. Renovations estimated at $750,000.
Monkish Brewing
Monkish Brewing expanding to Echo Park location, said to be opening ‘sooner-than-later-ish’ according to their Instagram. Expansion was announced about 18 months ago.

Taiwanese restaurant known for street food and night market dishes including minced pork on rice and scallion pancakes. Location was previously Wahoo’s Fish Taco.
