L.A.-native coffee concept opening first DC location in Georgetown. Known for international brews, unique roasters, and non-alcoholic coffee cocktails. 2,000 square foot storefront with minimalist aesthetic. May also offer Awan vegan ice cream.

Call Your Mother bagel shop is opening a new Bethesda brick-and-mortar location. Construction permit has been issued to renovate the storefront from previous tenant Hardwood Artisans. Founded by Daniela Moreira and Andrew Dana, specializes in bagels that are a fusion between NY-style and Montreal-style.

Wonder food hall concept opening in Frederick, MD. Features approximately 15 different eateries partnering with high-profile chefs. Located next to Starbucks and in front of Target.
South Block
South Block opening its 23rd location in Western Market near George Washington University. Chain specializes in smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy fare. Location holds special significance as founder started his first juice bar at GW 20 years ago.
Yumsem Eats
Korean street food restaurant relocating from Fletcher Avenue to new location near USF. Serves halal-certified Korean dishes including kimbap, ramen, tteokbokki, and bibimbap. Plan review documents have been submitted for the reopening.
