Historic art deco building being converted from condos back to boutique hotel with 32 suites and wellness/fitness center. Owner has purchased 20 of 21 condo units for restoration. Building will maintain commercial tenants including Bacchus Pub, Aurore Bakery and Ted’s Montana Grill.
The Mansion at Bella Collina
Proposed $66.9 million boutique hotel with 100 rooms (70 standard, 30 suites including luxury, executive and presidential suites), conference center, specialty restaurants, fitness center, spa services, heated pool, and banquet space for 150+ people. Will create approximately 148 full-time and 77 part-time jobs.

Home2 Suites
Four-story Home2 Suites extended-stay hotel by Hilton at Exit 5. Second Hilton-branded hotel in the area after Tru Hotel opened in 2023. Site plans received by city planning department in December 2025.
Residence Inn by Marriott
Five-story, 128-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel with $40 million development cost. Developed by Grand Rapids-based BDR Inc. and Zeeland-based 6PM Hospitality Partners LLC. Construction to begin in spring 2026 after demolition of former bank office.
Extended Stay America Premier Suites
A $13 million, four-story, 94-room Extended Stay America Premier Suites hotel under construction in downtown Vinton. The town invested $543,000 to acquire land and sold it to Colonial Heights-based KARA Hospitality for $10. Total incentives from Vinton and Roanoke County were about $1.5 million.
The Bond Hotel and Residences
Six-story mixed-use development with 45 hotel rooms and 126 apartment units. Planning Commission approved the project 6-1, pending final approval by West Hollywood City Council. Developer is Faring.
Bolsa Pacific at Westminster Hotel
120-room hotel as part of the Bolsa Pacific redevelopment project replacing Westminster Mall. Mixed-use development includes 2,250 residential units and retail space.
Hard Rock Las Vegas
Hard Rock International’s $1.1 billion renovation of the former Mirage property on the Las Vegas Strip. The company acquired the property from MGM Resorts in 2021. Unclear if it will include a poker room.
Dallas Executive Airport Hotel
168,142-square-foot hotel with approximately 87 rooms on over 3 acres at Dallas Executive Airport. $7 million investment by Hampton Hospitality LP under 40-year lease agreement.
