Giorgios Bakatsias, owner of Giorgios Hospitality Group, has launched his 20th restaurant concept, Na?s Hellenic Cuisine, in Cary. Located in the former K???n space on Harrison Avenue, the restaurant focuses on seafood, fish, large cuts of lamb and beef, slow-braised dishes cooked in clay pots, vegetable dishes, and mezethes (small plates).
