North Dakota Hospitality Group (new concept at Patterson Building)
North Dakota Hospitality Group (operators of The Paddle Trap and Shakers on 3rd) has leased the historic Patterson Building location vacated by Peacock Alley. Plans include thoughtful renovations beginning in July 2026 with a grand opening planned for late 2026. Specific concept/restaurant name not yet announced.
