Maryland Flava
Food trailer serving Maryland crab cakes and other seafood, owned by Dionne Gaddy. Menu includes sweet chili fried shrimp, salmon sandwich with old bay seasoning, and shrimp and blue crab in garlic sauce. Will be either stationary or mobile, with location still being determined.

Second location of Khaab Indian Kitchen expanding from Bexley to Powell. Will serve upscale Indian cuisine, crafted cocktails and specialty wines with a bar and outdoor dining patio. Located in Village Pointe Center shopping area.
The Bagel Group
New bagel shop opening in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood, serving hand-rolled bagels, deli meats and steamed sandwiches. Team is working on kitchen installations and waiting on city permits.
Waffle House
New Waffle House location coming to Circleville across from Buffalo Wild Wings on Crites Road. Expected to be open 24/7 like other locations. No specific address or opening date announced yet.
Trenton Sports Bar & Restaurant
Sports bar and restaurant serving Indian and Nepali cuisine including biryani, curries, tandoori and momos. Construction currently underway with plans to open in about a month from March 1st article date.

Cocktail bar opening in former Light of Seven Matchsticks location, owned by former High Bank Distillery Co. mixologist. Will serve craft cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired tapas in a dark, cozy atmosphere.

First Chick-fil-A location in Lancaster, Ohio. Owner-Operator Julia Herrington will create approximately 100 jobs. Opening celebration includes cow attire promotion for free entrees.

Allen County Port Authority considering redevelopment of Memorial Hall as boutique hotel. $25 million estimated cost. Schematic designs due mid-May 2026 for feasibility evaluation. Early planning stage with multiple off-ramps if project deemed impractical.
