Chef Cristian Pietoso has plans for a new restaurant concept in the former Pigall’s space downtown Cincinnati. He purchased the building and reversed plans to move his existing restaurant Nicola’s there, but still plans to open a new concept in the space.
Tropical Smoothie Café
New Tropical Smoothie Café location opening in former GameStop space, owned by siblings who also operate the award-winning Fremont location. Menu includes smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and bowls.
STEAK
STEAK restaurant from Tremont opening a stand at Progressive Field for the 2026 Guardians season. Menu will include STEAK pops, carnival crab cakes on a stick, and beef-tallow popcorn. Partnership with Delaware North.

All-day breakfast and brunch restaurant opening at North Market Bridge Park. Will be their third central Ohio location and seventh overall. 5,500 square feet with seating for 116, full-service bar, outdoor patio, and grab-and-go options. Plans to add dinner service in the future.
