La La Land Kind Cafe is planning a second Nashville location after launching their first in 12South last year. The cafe supports foster youth through paid internships and offers signature drinks and toasts. Opening timeline is unclear.

New indie-focused arcade and bar taking over 9,000 square feet across two floors in Mid Market and SOMA Pilipinas. Will feature homebrew arcade cabinets, rare pinball machines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. From the owners of the now-closed Outer Orbit.
High Seas Bar
Neighborhood-focused bar and lounge taking over Crickets Pub location. Owners will take over in mid-March 2026 and close briefly for renovations before opening. Shares building with Venice Pizza House.
Playground Art & Coffee
Community-focused coffeehouse and maker space with retro 1970s interior, specialty coffee drinks, housemade pastries, and creative workshops. Rolling grand opening event March 26-28.
Monday’s
New neighborhood bar concept replacing Bottle Rocket Bar and Grill in East Village. Described as an East Village neighborhood dive with plans to serve alcoholic beverages. Team is in final stages of construction and inspection phase.
Sky Valley Cellars
Ramona-based boutique winery opening a 1,400-square-foot wine bar and kitchen in the Marina District’s Pinnacle Tower. Will feature outdoor patio, full kitchen, small plates and Roman-style pinsas paired with their wines.
Manzanita Roasting Company
Third location for San Diego-based coffee roasting company, transforming a 1920s building from former insurance office into walk-in cafe with inside seating, patio, and outdoor garden. Will offer specialty espresso drinks, cold brew, lattes, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches.
El Pastor Es Mi Señor
Second location of chef-driven taquería specializing in trompo-style tacos al pastor. Part of family-owned restaurant group Chilango Gringos. Features traditional dishes like arabes, kesadiyota, alambre, tortas, burritos, and tacos.
Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons making its Alamo City debut in Redland Plaza. Construction scheduled to start April 2026 and wrap up by end of June 2026. Franchisee group is CO3 Companies.
