Upscale Mediterranean restaurant chain expanding to Dallas Design District location. Part of The Seam multi-use project. Features indoor/outdoor dining with Mediterranean summer theme including olive trees, climbing ivy, and Moroccan-style lanterns.
Texas French Bread
Texas French Bread’s brick-and-mortar restaurant and bakery is reopening after the building burned down in January 2022. Co-owner targeting early to mid-April 2026 reopening.
The Brunch Guy
New brunch restaurant from The Bread Gal bakery owner, featuring omelets and eggs Benedict including the signature ‘Big Hot Benny’ with fried chicken thighs, pickles and hot honey. Space seats about 100 and menu ranges from $5-30.
Taqueria de Diez
Tijuana-style taco restaurant expanding to Westlake location, serving al pastor and carne asada tacos. Will be located next to Texas Honey Ham Co.
Tacolada
New restaurant bringing San Diego-style Mexican food to Austin, already has signage up and Instagram suggests more locations planned

Manna Heaven
San Diego-based all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue chain opening in former Dublin’s Square space. Features tabletop grills and shabu hot-pot options. Renovation valued at $800,000 with permit PB25-13248.
Austin’s Bar and Grill
New Austin’s Bar and Grill location opening as part of County Square Commons development with rooftop dining. Construction underway with late summer/early fall completion target.
Ricochet
A new 21+ bar and game spot opening in Crossroads. Features beer pong, billiards, board games, darts, shuffleboard, skeeball and more. No cover charge or cost for game play. No kitchen but allows outside food. Second location after Des Moines. Located in former Kansas City Star building.
