Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop Kitchen fast-casual chain expanding to East Williamsburg as a delivery-only location. The clean eating restaurant emphasizes food free of gluten, refined sugar, seed oils, and preservatives. Will be located at a CloudKitchens concept facility.

Fast-casual chicken chain opening third Springfield location in former Subway building. Building plans submitted to city, project scheduled for completion in a few months with grand opening tentatively set for late summer or early fall 2026.

Glen and Tracy Garrow are reopening the former Kobans restaurant as Kobans 2.0, offering Polish and Italian food with some steak. 110-person capacity with two dining areas, bar, and upstairs banquet room. Interior renovations underway since October 2026.

Famous Dave’s is preparing to open its first full-service location in Victorville after operating as a virtual kitchen for 5 years. The restaurant is ramping up hiring for the BBQ restaurant debut.
