The Den on Rio Salado
Four-story hotel for general public use and team-related lodging near Sloan Park, Chicago Cubs spring training facility. Part of larger campus including player housing. Amenities planned include pool, sports court and barbecue area.

233-room hotel as part of the first phase of the $7 billion 1901 Project development around the United Center. Phase 2 estimated to open in 2031 and will include additional hotel rooms (1,300 total planned).

532,000-sq-ft luxury resort with 52 hotel rooms, 43 hotel residences and 26 private residences. Located on 4.5-acre parcel next to Telluride gondola. First new luxury hotel development in Telluride in over 15 years.
Hyatt Studios
114-room, four-story Hyatt Studios extended-stay hotel on 2.28 acres near TSMC’s Phoenix campus. Upscale extended-stay product with kitchenettes targeting contractors and relocating employees. Developed by Scottsdale-based Caliber under exclusive development agreement with Hyatt.
VAI Resort
$1 billion resort with over 1,100 rooms, 60-acre party island with integrated amphitheater, 52,000-square-foot island with white sand beaches, and Mattel Adventure Park featuring Barbie Dreamhouse and Hot Wheels rollercoasters
Imperial Hotel
36-key slopeside hotel at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8. Will be the last slopeside hotel at the resort. Partial opening December 2027, full completion 2029.
