Outback Steakhouse opening in Hamlin Town Center with grand opening scheduled for 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3. Menu will include staples like Bloomin’ onion, hand-cut steaks, and fresh seafood.

Jack in the Box is returning to Michigan after closing all locations in the 1970s and early 1980s. This Battle Creek location will be the first back in the state.

Colorado-based breakfast chain Le Peep opening second Florida location in Tallahassee, taking over former Yasou Cafe space. Will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch with menu items including skillets, benedicts, pancakes, and omelets.

California-based chicken tender chain opening second Delaware location at Tanger Outlets Seaside, next to Mission BBQ. Opening scheduled for beginning of second quarter 2026.

Italian restaurant owned by Thunderdome Restaurant Group expanding to Deerfield Township. Construction set to begin within a month and wrap up by August or September. Will be located next to a new Eagle location at the District at Deerfield mixed-use development.

Mix-and-match restaurant concept with over 6.7 million menu combinations, opening third location in nearly 4,000-square-foot space with large front patio at The Square at Bressi Ranch. Owners previously appeared on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

Losanti

Cincinnati-based Italian steakhouse opening second location in Franklinton neighborhood. 6,000-square-foot restaurant with 250-seat capacity, featuring USDA Prime steaks, handmade pasta, and scratch-made dishes using family recipes.

Ember & Iron

Second Northeast Florida location of Ember & Iron restaurant opening in The Village at Seven Pines shopping center. 4,900-square-foot restaurant with inside/outside seating and private dining. Will employ about 40 team members. Features ember-roasted dishes over oak-fueled hearth grill.
