Breakfast restaurant under new ownership by Mike and Candace Hughes from Today’s Smoke BBQ. Currently undergoing renovations with no announced reopening date. Will serve eggs, toast, omelets, sandwiches and coffee with some menu changes based on community input.

Rooster Kitchen

Thai food truck expanding to brick-and-mortar location in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood, serving homemade-style Thai street food including Pad Thai. Owner just signed contract and hopes to open around July 15.

Nusantara Indo Kitchen

New Indonesian restaurant concept serving slow-cooked dishes including beef rendang, atomic curry dishes and freshly grilled satay. Will be one of the few dedicated Indonesian restaurants in Columbus. Located at corner of N High Street and E Como Avenue in Clintonville.

Teriyaki Madness location opening at TruePointe retail project in Hilliard. Serves made-to-order bowls, appetizers and sides. Franchisee is Smit Patel working with his brother Dhruv Patel, Anshu Garg and Parth Pandya.

Dapper Dog Tavern

New location from Shakers Public House owners opening as Dapper Dog Tavern. Will serve gastropub items with limited kitchen, maintaining same drink menu including $1 power hour. Located at corner of Broadway and Grove City Road, sharing space with Heritage Cycles bike shop.

Village Coffee House

Coffee shop coming to downtown Elida, sharing space with The Story Room. Menu will feature coffees, espressos, loose leaf teas and soft serve ice cream. Owner’s first venture into coffee industry.
