116-room Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel development funded through $28 million EB-5 investment platform. Located at the base of Sugar Mountain near ski resorts and universities.

136-room dual-brand hotel combining Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton brands, located behind BJ’s Wholesale Club off I-95. Home2 Suites portion will offer extended stay amenities including full kitchens.
