Benihana is opening its first fast-casual concept, Benihana Express, at 1380 16th Street in downtown Denver, occupying 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the 16M Building at the corner of 16th Street and Market Street. No opening date has been announced yet.

Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian churrascaria chain, is opening a new location at The Orchard Town Center in Westminster, CO. The restaurant features all-you-can-eat flame-grilled meats served tableside on skewers, plus an extensive salad bar. Opening is expected later this summer 2026. Cerebral Brewing plans to open a new taproom in Downtown Parker, CO in mid-2027. The location will be a 4,200-square-foot space offering beer, food, and community gathering. The brewery was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire and currently has taprooms in West Highland, Congress Park, and Aurora.
