Korean fried chicken restaurant owned by Alex Alfaro and Uyen Nguyen, taking over former West Brew Izakaya space. Will be their fourth restaurant concept and plans to serve brews from West Brew.

Vegan South Indian restaurant expanding from Fairfax, Virginia. Will be Philadelphia’s first entirely vegan and vegetarian South Indian restaurant, featuring dosas, chaats, and authentic Karnataka cuisine in Northern Liberties neighborhood.
Redtail Four Brewery and Brick Oven Pizza
Family-run, veteran owned brewery and pizza restaurant with 7,850 square-foot facility, 98 indoor seats and 84 patio seats. Run by Colonel T.J. Fowler (USAF, Ret.) and his daughter Chelsea Woodard. Melbourne City Council gave initial approval for microbrewery and on-site beer/wine sales.
Jersey Mike’s Sub Shop
Jersey Mike’s sub shop coming to Deltona. Holm Subs, LLC filed permit applications with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the location.
Swig
Swig beverage shop offering customizable sodas and dirty sodas is opening its first Daytona Beach location near Tanger Outlets. The 932 square-foot building will feature a dual-lane drive-thru and will be the first Swig in Volusia County.
Lou & Bev’s
Bakery by day, wine bar by night concept headed by pastry chef Mariah Neston. Will serve pizza in evening service. Located next door to Confidant restaurant in former Pip’s space.
