Fast-casual pizza concept by 13-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani opening in former Pet Place location. Offers four pizza styles: traditional New York, Grandma, Sicilian, and Detroit. Franchised by The Yuksel Family who also operate other Bay Area locations.

Women’s sports bar celebrating female athletes and fans, opening in former Tam Commons Taproom & Kitchen location. Will feature classic bar fare, shareable plates, and beverages in a casual environment focused on women’s sports viewing.

Historic San Francisco diner reopening after fire damage on Feb 3, 2026. Kitchen flue fire caused significant damage, repairs currently underway. Longest continuously operating Mel’s Drive-In location since 1985.

Jersey Mike’s Subs opening new location in The Presidio strip mall in Linda Vista. Store will be owned and operated by Area Director Cathy Brown and her husband. Part of continued expansion across San Diego market.
