Arizona’s first Din Tai Fung location opening at Scottsdale Fashion Square with soft opening March 12 and grand opening April 20. 10,000-square-foot space with seating for 340 customers. Known for handmade dumplings and xiao long bao. Second Valley location planned for Chandler in 2027.

Neighborhood cafe inspired by The Monica, offering casual breakfast/lunch service and elevated dinner with brick oven pizza, pasta, salads, coffee program and full bar. Will seat 140 inside and on patio with mountain views. Job fair scheduled for March 5-6 and March 9.

Iconic Mexican restaurant reopening in Gainey Ranch after closing Old Town location. Will feature modern Southwestern decor while maintaining original Bernal family recipes for enchiladas, fajitas and green chile.
