New York-based French bakery and cafe expanding to second Dallas location in Casa Linda Plaza. Moving into renovated Schlotzky’s space spanning 2,366 square feet with extensive buildout planned.

Texas Roadhouse steakhouse filing permit for new 7,926 square foot location with bar. Construction set to begin July 13, 2026 and wrap by October 19, 2026, with opening expected in late autumn or early winter.

DFW pizza chain expanding to Fort Worth with 1,840 sq ft location. Known for staying open until 3am and serving fresh pizza, wings, subs, pasta, and salads. Construction set to begin March 1 with completion projected by August 1.
Shorty’s Coneys & Cocktails
Elevated street food restaurant featuring Coney Island hot dogs, smashburgers, and cocktails in a 1,941 sq ft space. Functions as family-friendly during day and cocktail bar at night.

Coastal steakhouse at Dune House Hotel & Spa, described as signature dining destination sourcing from local farms and nearby waters, offering tide-to-table dishes in oceanfront setting
