Popular food cart expanding to brick-and-mortar location featuring burgers, shakes, highballs, and kegged root beer. Drive-in nostalgia concept with family-friendly atmosphere. Will operate noon to 9 PM, six days a week.
Holiday Inn Express
New Holiday Inn Express with 100 guest rooms, indoor pool, fitness center and small meeting space. Managed by Merete’ with Allen Pike as local manager. Part of Hanna Heritage Place development.
Lansdowne PDX
New restaurant project from Fickle Teacup, the company behind the current Lansdowne location in Kerns. Will feature multi-course meals and intimate dining with 46 indoor seats and 20 outdoor seats. Located at corner of NW 17th Avenue and NW Marshall Street in Slabtown.
Il Corso
New restaurant concept from William Oben (owner of Fancy Baby) coming to Pearl District. Liquor license application submitted. Hours planned 4-10 PM Tuesday-Saturday. Under Cru & Domaine company umbrella.
Spices N’ Slices
Indo-Chinese pizza restaurant with wings, featuring Indian pizza with curry-infused sauces, butter chicken, wings with tandoori sauce, and hakka noodles. Owner also operates nearby Taste of India.
Kingdom Koffee
New coffee shop from local Eugene area owners, first concept from Jessica Kalashnikov who also runs a photography business. Originally hoped to open at Christmas but delayed due to construction status. Menu will feature typical brews like lattes and cappuccinos.
Bobadochi
Boba tea cafe serving mochi donuts and K-dogs expanding to new Portland location. Construction underway with interior design in progress.
