Proposed five-story, 100-room Hyatt hotel on seaside bluff next to The Heights Casino. Project announced in 2018, currently under review by California Coastal Commission for fire protection adequacy. Would include 1.2-acre leach field and 1.5-acre parking lot.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott

Four-story, 88-room all-suite hotel totaling 52,000 square feet. $13 million development by Thornwood Hotels LLC with Schnippel Construction as contractor.

158-unit boutique hotel

158-unit boutique hotel in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood near Allianz Field, part of United Village development. Expected to attract visitors to nearby colleges including Hamline, Macalester, St. Thomas, and University of Minnesota. Being developed by Snelling-Midway Redevelopment (SMR) with $170 million investment, constructed by Mortenson.
