This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, products, and services purchased through FLHIP (“FLHIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at flhip.com and its subdomains. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
FLHIP provides immediate access to time-sensitive business lead data. Because of the nature of this digital service, all purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for any subscription fee, in whole or in part, including for:x
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page. Cancelling stops all future billing. Your access to leads in your subscribed zones remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which it ends. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior period.
If you believe you were charged in error,for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 30 days of the charge at ken@flhip.com. We will review verified billing errors and correct them where appropriate. This is the only circumstance in which a charge may be reversed, and it is handled at our discretion after review.
FLHIP supplies lead information; we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial outcome of any lead. The absence of a sale, contract, or other result is not a basis for a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where such a right applies, it governs to that extent.
