177-seat restaurant-bar opening in SouthPark in a 4,622-square-foot space formerly home to The Rusty Bucket. Upscale yet relaxed atmosphere offering brunch through late-night options with Irish-inspired menu items. Led by veteran operator Chris Healy partnering with Parker Starre and Delano Little.

Cocobeet

Plant-forward café and juice bar expanding to two Equinox Fitness Club locations. Financial District location expected to soft-launch as early as next week, with Back Bay location following about a month later. Will offer cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and plant-forward fare with select animal proteins at Equinox locations.

Khau Galli

Indian pop-up and delivery concept filing to open a fast-casual brick-and-mortar restaurant. 1,800 square feet with front takeout counter but no on-site seating. Features Indian street food including tofu korma, butter chicken, and daal tadka.

The Bean & Barrel

Combination bakery, café, and bar offering expertly crafted coffee, elevated pastries, and handcrafted cocktails. Taking over half of former Lava Laundry laundromat space. Currently under construction.

Tejas Meat Supply

Georgetown butcher shop and restaurant Tejas Meat Supply is expanding to Round Rock. The restaurant serves as both a full-service butcher shop and restaurant featuring fresh cut meats from sustainable Texas ranches, house made sausages, and menu items like the Georgetown Melt with smoked brisket.

De Nada Cantina

De Nada Cantina expanding to second location, taking over former El Mercado space. New location will be more than double the size with expanded menu including enchiladas and nachos. Features outdoor patio and stage area.

Noble Joe Coffee Co.

Mobile cafe concept opening third location this spring. Known for oat milk lattes, matcha drinks, and giving back 1% to micro-financing entrepreneurs and charities around Austin.
