Shore Restaurant is reopening as part of a three-story mixed-use development in St. Armands Circle after being forced to close due to 2024’s hurricane season. The reimagined location will combine restaurant, café, and retail on lower levels with residential units or boutique hotel above.

Olive Garden location making progress on opening by the Premium Outlet Mall in Ellenton. Plan review documents have been submitted by Olive Garden Holdings, LLC showing development moving forward after initial announcement two years ago.
Golf Social
Golf-focused hangout featuring state-of-the-art golf simulator equipment including Trackman simulator bays and Puttview augmented-reality putting tool, plus food and beverage program with bar-style eats, beer and wine. Available on membership and hourly basis.
Tides Tavern
Existing restaurant under new ownership by Anthony’s Restaurants, temporarily closed for routine kitchen maintenance during ownership transition, will reopen in a month with same menu and staff
Oh Vashon
Pan-Asian comfort food restaurant led by Unchalee “Oh” Ayucharoen and Sasatorn Pongburanakit. Will serve small plates, soups, salads and main dishes including Lemongrass Chicken Plate and Asian-style fettuccine. Liquor license recently approved.
Elsom Cellars
Women-owned urban winery and tasting room relocating to new Edmonds location. Specializes in small-lot, artisanal wines made from handpicked grapes sourced from Eastern Washington vineyards. Recently approved for liquor license.

Portland-based craft ice cream shop opening first Bellevue location. Part of rapid expansion with 8-10 new stores planned annually. Will be their 54th location nationwide.
Redd Dog Brewery
Dog-friendly brewery relocating from 6th Ave location to the up-and-coming brewery district of Tacoma. Will feature expanded menu, brews, merchandise, and a large fenced-in beer garden. Current pub closed Jan 31 to make way for new brewery concept.
Indus Indian Restaurant and Bar
Indian restaurant and bar featuring regional flavors, tandoor-fresh breads, curries, biryanis, and Indo-Chinese favorites. Will offer full bar with spice-led cocktails. Recently received liquor license approval.
Secret Burger Kitchen
Third location of Secret Burger Kitchen opening at Juanita Village in Kirkland. Known for signature sauce syringes and burgers. Plans soft opening in March followed by grand opening in April.
