New Wingstop location opening in Champions Village Shopping Center. Construction starts end of May, expected to wrap up by September, but GSR Group Director expects opening by June 2026.

Fast-casual wing restaurant chain expanding in Texas. Construction slated to start in a couple of weeks and wrap up by mid-July. Expected to open before end of summer 2026. Owner Ali Nasser of Nasser Holdings is leading the opening.

New 2,247 square-foot Long John Silver’s quick-service restaurant with $1.2 million construction project. Construction starts end of April 2026 and wraps by end of September 2026.
Greek concept by Lombardi Family Concepts
Lombardi Family Concepts is opening a new Greek concept restaurant in the former Yia Yia Mary’s location in Houston’s Galleria area. The restaurant group has over 40 eateries and specializes in Italian, Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine.
Haraz Coffee House
Haraz Coffee House franchise location specializing in authentic Yemeni coffee, chai, pistachio lattes, and traditional pastries. Construction to start in couple weeks and wrap up in July 2026.
Huey Magoo’s
Huey Magoo’s chicken tenders chain signed 15-store agreement for Greater Houston market with SMR Capital Group. Development will hit Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, and Montgomery counties. Expected to open at least one location before end of 2026, with all 15 stores opening over next three years.
The Peach Cobbler Factory
Southern-style dessert franchise opening in Webster Town Center near Baybrook Mall. Franchisee Douglas Colton plans to open by end of May or early June 2026. Construction on 1,513 sq ft buildout nearly underway. Offers 12+ cobbler flavors, banana pudding, cookies, and other desserts.
7 Brew Coffee Shop
7 Brew Coffee Shop planning to open at Missouri City location operated by Texas Coffee Partners franchisee. Drive-thru coffee concept with customizable menu offering 20,000+ combinations. Part of national brand with nearly 500 locations.
