Dick’s Drive-In
Dick’s Drive-In announced its 11th Washington location on the Tulalip Reservation, situated across from Quil Ceda Creek Casino west of I-5 at exit 199. The new location will serve classic menu items including fresh-never-frozen beef burgers, hand-cut fries, and hand-dipped milkshakes. Construction timelines and official opening date have not yet been announced.
Raising Cane’s
Raising Cane’s chicken finger fast-food chain opening a new location at the corner of Third Street and Santa Monica Boulevard, adjacent to the Third Street Promenade. The location will feature a design tailored to the coastal character of Santa Monica.
Applebee’s | IHOP
First dual-branded Applebee’s | IHOP restaurant in the Los Angeles area, operated by Ashoori Group. Located ~2 miles from SoFi Stadium. Grand opening June 9, 2026 with ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. Restaurant will operate 24/7. First 200 guests receive free short stack of pancakes. First of more dual-branded locations planned for Southern California.
Dunkin’
Colorado’s first drive-thru-only Dunkin’ location, also the 50th Dunkin’ in the state. Next Generation drive-thru-only format with no indoor seating. Open daily 5am-8pm, employing ~15 crew members. Co-owned by Katy and Jake Gdowski through Red Mountain Company.
Wake Up & Eat
Family-run all-day breakfast and lunch restaurant opening a second location in Concord, NC. Grand opening is Monday June 8, 2026. Soft preview days were June 4-5. Menu includes specialty omelettes, pancakes, waffles, wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies. Open daily 7am-3pm. Co-owner is Jenny Fuentes. Existing location in Harrisburg, NC.

Chef Andrew Sargent, winner of Netflix’s ‘Next Gen Chef’ Season 1, signed a 10-year, 3,133 sq ft lease to open his first restaurant ‘Caroline’ in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The restaurant will feature a monthly tasting menu and an à la carte bar program. Expected to open spring 2027.

NCR Ventures is opening Arlington Grille, an upscale neighborhood bar and grille with a year-round patio, at the former Houlihan’s location in Kingsdale Shopping Center. Menu will feature steaks, seafood, burgers, salads, and classic favorites. Expected to open before end of 2026.
