Chicago-born toasted sandwich shop opening 1,430 sq ft location with 12 indoor seats and 10-12 outdoor patio seats. Part of multi-unit franchise deal. Construction planned to start early to mid-March 2026.
Nautical Bowls
Nautical Bowls planning two Arizona locations – one at Goodyear’s Ballpark Village North opening Q4 2026 with 15 seats, and another in Glendale at 91st Avenue and Cardinals Way opening July 2026. Franchise owner David Patalsky chose the Goodyear location for its proximity to spring training facilities.
City Winery
Massive three-story, 30,000 square feet wine bar, restaurant, and live music venue opening at The Sydney development. Will be first City Winery location in southwest region. Features working winery, food paired with wines, and live entertainment.
The Ruxton
Atlas Restaurant Group steakhouse opening inside The Rittenhouse Hotel, featuring 200 seats, three private dining rooms, two bars, and seasonal outdoor patio. Chef Aaron Taylor will serve prime steaks and seafood with Jazz Age interior design.
7 Brew
Drive-thru coffee chain opening first Philadelphia location. Franchise owners Zach Rosskamm and Shunori Ramanathan will run the new store. They already operate multiple 7 Brew locations in New Jersey and plan to open eight more locations in NJ plus continue expanding in greater Philadelphia area.

Jamaican-American eatery opening a new takeout location in West Philadelphia. Offers diverse menu including grilled chicken pasta, shrimp fettuccine, Jamaican escovitch, curry, and custom Vassell’s Spices. Previously offered private dining and catering services.
7 Brew
7 Brew drive-thru coffee chain plans expansion to Chester County as part of 16 planned Pennsylvania locations in 2026. Franchise group Brew Team has sites in negotiation.

Gluten-free bakery relocating from Manayunk to Main Line, opening walk-in storefront. Will offer both frozen and fresh items including fresh gluten-free croissants. Plans to host baking classes and pop-up events.

Denmark-based juice and coffee shop chain opening its first Orlando-area location in Winter Park, between Mooyah and Sephora. Signage is already up at the storefront.
