Coffee shop and learning center opening in Thornton Park’s Veranda Building. Will offer coffee by day, curated cocktails in evening, and educational events about coffee preparation, origins, and culture. Co-owned by Ravi Gandi and Alexan Lima with Elina Broniszewski as general manager.

Husband-and-wife co-owners Sean Rembold and Caron Callahan are opening a new unnamed restaurant described as Ingas’s older sister in a 2,900 square-foot space formerly occupied by Café Kitsuné. Still in conceptual phase.

Existing Tennessean Travel Stop rebranding as Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop in partnership with Dolly Parton. Will serve as flagship location with redesigned travel experience, modern amenities, local retail and curated dining. Currently serves sandwiches, burgers, steak, fried chicken, ice cream.
Cactus Club Cafe
Cactus Club Cafe opening their second U.S. location in Downtown Miami at Citigroup Center. The 11,500 square foot restaurant will accommodate over 280 diners with modern North American cuisine, designed by ICRAVE studio.
