20-room boutique surf park hotel at Atlantic Park with direct access to Wavegarden Cove lagoon, infinity-edge pool, custom surf racks, and concierge surf services. Part of $350 million Atlantic Park development backed by Pharrell Williams. Rates from $369-$569 per night.

Allen County Port Authority considering redevelopment of Memorial Hall as boutique hotel. $25 million estimated cost. Schematic designs due mid-May 2026 for feasibility evaluation. Early planning stage with multiple off-ramps if project deemed impractical.

300-room, 12-story luxury hotel at Hollywood Park near SoFi Stadium. Part of $300 million development by KPC Development. Hotel has topped out and is described as KPC’s inaugural luxury project in Los Angeles.

Mixed-use development featuring 214 hotel rooms and 85 condos, with possibly a small corner market. Co-developed by ALP.X Group in Wynwood arts district.

Former Poker Palace Casino being renovated by Truckee Gaming into Club Fortune North. $20 million acquisition with contemporary redesign, parimutuel horse racing license, and Boomers Sportsbook. Plans to rehire over 100 former employees.
