India-based restaurant concept expanding to downtown Chicago following successful Schaumburg opening. Serves Indian street food, vegetarian options and desserts. Owner has 12+ locations in India and presence in Australia and Canada.
Guzman Y Gomez
Australia-based Mexican fast-casual chain opening two new Chicago locations. Lincoln Square location at 4711 N Western Avenue opening later in 2026, followed by Lakeview location at 925 W Belmont in winter 2027. Chain has over 270 locations worldwide and multiple existing Chicagoland locations.

Asian fast-casual restaurant bringing fusion of Japanese, Vietnamese and Indian cuisines to South End. Menu will include bao, banh mi, rice bowls, onigiri, tandoori wraps, sushi rolls and boba. First location with plans to scale and support satellite locations.
