Universal Kids Resort

Universal Kids Resort featuring seven immersive themed lands inspired by DreamWorks Animation, Nickelodeon and Illumination properties including Shrek, Trolls, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Minions. Will include a family-focused hotel and character meet-and-greets designed for younger visitors.

Westminster Mall Development Hotel

Hotel planned as part of $2.5 billion mixed-use development replacing Westminster Mall, includes thousands of homes, shops, restaurants, and open green spaces. Project expected to be fully finished by 2031.

Utah Olympic Park Hotel

120-unit branded hotel at Utah Olympic Park approved by Summit County Council. Hotel will be branded but operating company unclear. Development agreement allows for construction.

RGC Mountain View Hotel

Five-story hotel development on municipal parking Lot 4, part of a hotel and office project. Estimated cost $141.8 million. Will use valet parking system with shared parking agreements instead of underground garage.

Extended-Stay Hotel (Hilton or Marriott brand TBD)

Extended-stay hotel planned as part of mixed-use development on 32-acre site across from West Valley Walmart. Will be Hogback Development’s sixth hotel in Eastern Washington. Brand undecided between Hilton or Marriott options. Part of 5-year development plan including retail, restaurants, and multi-family housing.

The Beckworth Hotel

240-room hotel converting from the century-old Johnston Building, a 17-story office tower. Will feature two restaurants, lobby bar, and rooftop bar.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott

95-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel to be constructed on 2+ undeveloped acres near I-96 and Saginaw Highway intersection. Site plan approved by Delta Township Planning Commission.

Marriott Downtown

Marriott Downtown hotel coming to former New England Building on Euclid Avenue, financed by $7 million bond, part of revitalization effort

Hyatt Hotel Trinidad Rancheria

Proposed five-story, 100-room Hyatt hotel on seaside bluff next to The Heights Casino. Project announced in 2018, currently under review by California Coastal Commission for fire protection adequacy. Would include 1.2-acre leach field and 1.5-acre parking lot.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott

Four-story, 88-room all-suite hotel totaling 52,000 square feet. $13 million development by Thornwood Hotels LLC with Schnippel Construction as contractor.
