122-room extended-stay WoodSpring Suites hotel planned as four-story building. Developer Park Silver Development purchased the site for $1.4M. Project has site plan approvals but no construction permits issued yet.

Buckhead Brewing & Lodge
Neighborhood brewpub featuring craft beer, cocktails, wine, food menu and arcade. Will have sandwich shop for lunch and dinner offerings including Southern fried chicken sandwiches and burgers. Space previously home to The Blind Pig Parlour Bar.
