Multi-level space with first floor arcade games, second floor esports area, and lower level players lounge. Located in downtown Ypsilanti near Eastern Michigan University. Detroit Vinyl Bar

UFO Bar at 2110 Trumbull in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood will close on June 30, 2026 and reopen as Detroit Vinyl Bar, described as a new record store and cocktail bar. A new team will take over the concept. Details about the new concept will be shared soon.

Shaded Bloom Coffee Roasters, an SCA certified wholesale roaster, is opening a full sit-down coffee shop cafe inside the Lake Orion Sports Center. Owners Erica and Derrick Kratt are currently renovating the space. No official opening date announced but expected within the next couple of months. Previous location was in Clarkston, MI.
