Out There Coffee Roasters, a woman-founded specialty coffee company, is actively searching for a second San Francisco location. Founder Erica Ash confirmed the search but noted negotiations have not been finalized and there is no projected opening timeline. The company opened its first brick-and-mortar café in 2024 after starting as pop-ups in 2020.

HTeaO #638 is a new drive-thru tea bar planned for a 2,140 sq ft remodeled shell building endcap in Comal County. Franchisees are Annamaria Higby, Britton Higby, and Jeramey Lynch (H3LM Group LLC).
