Luxury hotel owned by Zachry Hospitality, has hired about 75% of its staff and recently announced executive chef for two restaurants. Offering wages between $16-29/hour for hourly workers with benefits, free parking/bus passes, and paid time off from day one.

Bally’s Casino

Casino hotel tower under construction in River West/West Loop area. Construction has reached 19th or 20th level with glass curtain wall installation ongoing. Project includes casino, hotel, and event center.

Foundry Park Hotel

11-story, 156-foot-tall hotel building with 180-200 rooms as part of the $3 billion Foundry Park mixed-use development. Located in Subarea D, bound by N. Southport Ave, W. Cortland St, and N. Kingsbury St. Will include ground floor retail space.

Hyatt Studios

114-room, four-story Hyatt Studios extended-stay hotel on 2.28 acres near TSMC’s Phoenix campus. Upscale extended-stay product with kitchenettes targeting contractors and long-term visitors. Developed by Scottsdale-based Caliber under exclusive development agreement with Hyatt.

Catbird Hotel

Catbird Hotel proposed by Norwood Development to be built off Moreno and Cascade Avenues near Mill Street neighborhood in downtown Colorado Springs. Urban renewal proposal approved by city council.

Marriott Hotel

Four-star convention headquarters hotel with roughly 700 rooms, more than 62,000 square feet of meeting space, 17,445 square-foot events terrace, multiple ballrooms, ground-floor retail, and outdoor terrace. Will connect to convention center via sky bridge. $543 million project.

Humana Building Convention Hotel

1,000-room convention hotel conversion of the Michael Graves-designed Humana Building. $600-700 million project includes new glass tower addition with 40,000-square-foot ballroom, meeting space, and rooftop pool. Will be city’s second-largest hotel behind Galt House.
