Second Rodeo Brewing is expanding from Fort Worth to open a new location in the Firefly Park mixed-use development in Frisco. The brewery offers craft beer, food, and live music.
The Hive Coffee Co
Veteran-owned coffee trailer opening at Boardwalk Village on Grand Lake. Will serve organic and allergy friendly drinks including coffees, matchas, and brown sugar shaken espresso, plus pastries.
Edwins Oyster Bar
New oyster bar from Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute founder Brandon Chrostowski. 12-seat raw bar serving shucked oysters and clams with French-style cuisine. 900 square foot space will also include culinary classroom. Currently under construction.

Southern Belle’s Pancake House is opening a new concept called ‘Little Belle’s’ in the former Dearborn’s Cafe space. The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch with an emphasis on hearty meals including pancakes, skillets, omelettes, benedicts, club sandwiches, burgers, wraps and salads. Owned by Fotos Restaurant Group.
