Rhode Island coffee chain known for nitrogen-infused cold brew and craft drinks teasing Boston expansion. Company replied ‘Boston soon’ to fan inquiry and founder mentioned ‘Boston soon’ in TikTok video. No specific location or timeline announced yet.

Upscale steakhouse expanding to Boston’s Seaport neighborhood, featuring signature tasting menu, seafood towers, and high-energy dining experience in 12,000-square-foot space at The Superette

Kri Kri Grill

36-seat casual Greek restaurant with counter-service concept by Chef Brendan Pelley. Will serve scratch-made gyros, carved meats, homestyle Greek favorites, and homemade ice cream. Features seasonal outdoor patio and catering program.

Tree House Brewing Company

Tree House Brewing Company applied for a Farmer-Brewery license to open a brewery and distillery at the former Cheers Replica Bar in Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The 9,700-square-foot space would include a small brewing system, distilled spirits production area, and outdoor beer garden. Application is still under review.

True Texas BBQ

H-E-B owned award-winning barbecue restaurant opening in San Marcos’s third H-E-B location, a 114,000-square-foot store. Will be the city’s first True Texas BBQ location serving slow-smoked meats over Texas oak wood.

QuikTrip QT Kitchens

QuikTrip’s first Generation 4 store in Austin featuring new store design and expanded QT Kitchens restaurant offerings including breakfast, lunch and dinner items

Tim Hortons

New 1,400-square-foot Tim Hortons location with construction expected from July 1 to December 31 at estimated cost of $1.58 million. Franchisee projects opening at end of year or early next year.
