New 8,000 square foot venue being developed by Powder House Ski Shop featuring outdoor seating with fire pits, 36 taps, handcrafted cocktails and live music. Construction scheduled to finish by late April or early May 2026.

Better Half

Better Half is a sandwich shop reopening in an upgraded location, offering meat-focused and meat-free sandwiches with gluten-free options. The new location will feature a larger layout, improved parking, expanded menu including breakfast and lunch options, housemade items, and an expanded coffee program with espresso drinks.

Doug Fir Lounge

Doug Fir Lounge is relocating from E. Burnside location to the former Le Bistro Montage space. The new venue will feature 325 capacity, L-Acoustics sound system, enhanced parking, expanded dressing rooms, basement bar, and patio.

Olive & May

Northern Mediterranean cuisine restaurant with influences from Spain, Italy, France and Greece, replacing Drake Restaurants in downtown Bend. Named after two significant women in Bend’s history.

Cambria Hotel Mesa Rooftop Restaurant

Rooftop bar and restaurant at new Cambria Hotel Mesa, four-story hotel with 107 guest rooms. Rooftop restaurant will be open to the public with desert views.

Project Lean Nation

First Arizona location for Project Lean Nation, a healthful eating spot offering chef-driven ready-to-eat meals with nutritional coaching. Franchise owners Kyle and Courtney Bridges are opening this location.

Turquoise Wine Bar

Wine bar offering curated selection of 250+ sustainably produced wines, tasting flights, and food pairings including pizza, salads, and flatbreads. Mother-and-son team bringing the concept to give community a new gathering place.

Smalls Sliders

Fast-casual concept known for cheeseburger sliders expanding with 15-unit development deal in Phoenix area. Uses modular shipping container construction model. Franchisees plan to open first location in late 2026, followed by approximately two locations per year.

Bryan’s Mexican Grill and Bar

3,000-square-foot Mexican restaurant in Cottonwood Plaza Shopping Center. Will serve authentic Mexican dishes like Machacado, Migas, and steak ranchero. Features bar, kitchen, dining area. Construction expected to complete by June 16, 2026.

Rebellion Brewing Company

Rebellion Brewing taproom reopening after 6+ months of renovations, featuring new food program in partnership with Little Belgium Deli. Official reopening timeline not yet announced.
