Coffee and tea bar concept by Infuse Hospitality going on the sixth floor of 333 N Green Street in Fulton Market District. Liquor license application filed for consumption on premises. No opening date announced yet.

New sweets and coffee shop serving knafeh, crepes, and waffles with chocolate. Located in former Stadium Sports Bar building on east side of Dyer, close to Illinois-Indiana border.

Nashville hot chicken restaurant expanding with two new Chicago locations in River North and Wicker Park, planning to open in early 2027. Construction has not started on either restaurant yet.
Vitale Lakeside
Vitale Hospitality Group opening new restaurant and cocktail lounge at former Queens Landing spot along Lake Norman. Will serve seafood, burgers, pizza and steak, with a floating bar on the lake.
