Mediterranean eatery opening two new Las Vegas locations – Hughes Center location opening in May with grand opening around Memorial Day weekend, and Centennial Hills location at N. Durango and 215 expected to open by July. These will be the 10th and 11th Valley locations for the brand.
Swirl Twirl Soft Serve & Taiyaki
Japanese-style soft serve ice cream shop featuring Taiyaki (fish-shaped cakes with sweet red bean paste) combined with soft-serve ice cream. Opening in Neonopolis entertainment center on Fremont Street, formerly Fat Sal’s Deli location.
Eggbred
Eggbred breakfast and lunch chain expanding to St. Augustine’s Historic District. Franchisee confirmed May opening date. Menu features breakfast and lunch sandwiches, avocado toast, and other items made fresh from scratch.
White Castle
White Castle plans its first Northeast Florida location in St. Augustine. The restaurant will be located in a 2,754-square-foot space near a Walmart Supercenter under construction, featuring 270 square feet of outdoor seating and a two-lane drive thru.
Acai-Licious
Second location for Acai-Licious, serving acai bowls, smoothies, boba tea, and ice cream. Plan review paperwork has been submitted for the new location.
Naked Kitchen
Brick-and-mortar restaurant featuring healthy fusion cuisine with ‘Cooking with Conscience’ approach, combining foods from various cuisines. Located in Phoenix Arts & Innovation District.
Einstein Bros. Bagels
Einstein Bros. Bagels expanding in Greater Houston with new Oak Forest location featuring ‘Elevate the Morning’ store design and mobile pick-up area. Will be in standalone shopping center where La Calle Tacos once stood.
Alfred Coffee
Alfred Coffee, a Los Angeles coffee chain with 24 locations, is bringing a new location to Long Beach in the space formerly occupied by The Local Spot. Known for their World Famous Vanilla Latte and matcha offerings.
South Los Angeles Beverage Company
South Los Angeles Beverage Company is heading to the former Border X Brewery space in Bell. Co-owner Craig Bowers represented the company at the networking event.
Chase’s Restaurant
Chase’s Restaurant, which has been in Old Town La Verne since 2011, is expanding to a second location in Glendora. The restaurant serves lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with salads, steaks, seafood, pasta and offers a wine list. The new location may include a patio space.
