Six-story, 132-room hotel in downtown Pensacola with views of Pensacola Bay. Features include pool, outdoor grill area, and lawn for yard games. Being developed by Kerioth Corporation.

Eight-story, $40 million luxury hotel with 150 suites along the Guadalupe River. Features two-tier outdoor pool, 4,400-square-foot event space, 1,328-square-foot fitness center, and breakfast lounge with riverside views. Construction underway with steel and concrete structure visible.

20-room boutique hotel at Atlantic Park development, blending surf culture, contemporary design, art and music. Features artwork by world-renowned artists including French artist JR and Virginia Beach artist Schuyler Beecroft. Located near North America’s first Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon.
